Board of Director - Keith Winfield, (Serving since 2019)
President
Keith Winfield brings a wealth of clinical expertise and community-focused leadership to our board, rooted in over a decade of experience in behavioral health and substance use recovery. He holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Park University. Keith is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP), combining both clinical depth and specialized knowledge in chemical dependency treatment.
Currently serving as the Youth and Family Behavioral Health Manager for the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe, Keith plays a key role in guiding culturally responsive care for Indigenous youth and families. His professional strengths include strategic planning, public relations, and building strong, mission-driven networks—skills he brings with energy and vision to his role on the board.
Keith is passionate about contributing to recovery efforts in Kitsap County and sees his service as an opportunity to offer his expertise in support of healing and transformation. His lived experience working across diverse communities and his commitment to trauma-informed care make him a powerful advocate for meaningful, equitable recovery solutions.
Board Member - Leyna Harris (Serving since 2018)
Vice-President
Leyna Harris brings a strong legal background and a deep commitment to supporting families impacted by substance use. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Western Washington University and her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School. Her passion for recovery-focused work grew through her legal advocacy and representation of parents involved in Family Dependency Drug Court.
As an attorney, Leyna has extensive experience in litigation, document preparation and review. She enjoys working with individuals from all walks of life. Her professional strengths in communication, networking, and legal analysis make her a thoughtful and strategic contributor to Agape’s board.
Leyna believes she brings not only knowledge and legal skills, but also a unique perspective shaped by her close work with clients facing substance use challenges. Her insight into the intersections of law, recovery, and family systems strengthens Agape’s mission to support healing and accountability within the community.
Board of Director - David Reed (Serving since 2020)
Secretary and Treasurer
David Reed serves on the Board of Directors at Agapé Unlimited. He is the Controller and Director of Finance at Goodwill of the Olympics and Rainier Region, where he leads all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, compliance, reporting, and strategic fiscal planning for one of the region’s largest nonprofit organizations.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, David holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and is Lean Six Sigma certified. Before joining Goodwill, he led Treasury Operations for King County, overseeing cash management, banking, and revenue collection functions.
David is committed to strong financial stewardship and community service. Through his role on the Agapé Unlimited board, he supports the organization’s mission to provide holistic recovery services for individuals and families affected by substance use disorder.

Board Member - Connie Marquez (Serving since 2020)

Connie Marquez is a registered nurse with over 35 years of experience in the healthcare field. In addition to her extensive clinical background, she also has been deeply involved in her family’s restaurant and catering business where she gained valuable experience in small business operations and customer service.
With over 20 years of experience in fundraising, she brings a strong passion for community engagement and resource development. As a mother of four and grandmother of two, she cherishes time spent with family. Her hobbies include cooking, crafting, sewing, quilting, and gardening—all of which reflect her creativity and love for nurturing both people and projects.
Mike Columbus is a seasoned sales professional at West Hills Auto Plex, known not only for his business experience but also for his deep compassion and commitment to serving the community. With a background in sales and negotiation, Mike brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a practical understanding of accounting and bookkeeping to his role on the board.
Having served on multiple boards in the past, Mike offers experienced leadership rooted in a personal awareness of the long-term impact of substance abuse and alcohol dependency. While Mike has not personally struggled with addiction, his life has been deeply touched by the experiences of those close to him. Witnessing their struggles firsthand has shaped his perspective and fuels his passion for making meaningful change in the lives of others.
Driven by that purpose, Mike founded Mike’s Rides for Lives, a nonprofit organization that donates a vehicle each year to someone in critical need—restoring hope and independence one life at a time. His efforts reflect his core values: compassion, love, and a steadfast willingness to help others.
Mike’s hands-on experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and heart for recovery make him an invaluable part of the team as we work together to support healing and transformation across Kitsap County.
Board Member - Michael Corpolongo, PhD ("Doc") (Serving since 2026)
Member at Large
Affectionately known as “Doc,” Michael Corpolongo was a licensed mental health provider with more than four decades of experience serving individuals and families in Kitsap County. He practiced locally from 1983 until his retirement in 2025 and brings extensive clinical, agency, and systems-level expertise to the board. Michael holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and worked across a wide range of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and forensic environments.
Throughout his career, Doc has consulted with state and county agencies, including DSHS and Kitsap County courts, and has provided training, consultation, and lectures to behavioral health staff and community partners. His professional experience includes work in developmental disabilities, evaluations, treatment planning, and integrated care.
In addition to his professional contributions, Doc has been deeply involved in the community. He has coached Little League and helped reinstitute the Olalla Santa tradition after a long absence. His long-standing connection to Agape includes consultation, staff training, and support dating back to the 1980s.
Doc’s depth of clinical knowledge, community involvement, and long-term commitment to behavioral health make him a valuable asset to Agape’s Board of Directors.
