KITSAP Parent-Child Assistance Program...

The Parent-Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is a FREE program. We are here to help

pregnant and parenting mothers get healthy and gain independent family lives. We provide

home visitation, support and transportation. We help you create personalized goals for

success in recovery and we walk alongside you during the 3-year journey through our

program. We know recovery is hard and even if you have a setback, we are here for you.

Our Case Managers/advocates are here to provide personalized attention to every client. We want to make sure you have the tools and foundation to live productive lives. We have practical assistance and long-term support. We believe this is key when trying to make a better life for yourself and loved ones.
